o.d. on olivegarchy

I'm lost somewhere between a recording artist, your favorite Sunday night radio show host and a marketing manager in the luxury Swiss watch industry...actually all the above...an O.D.

    Emotionally disrupt

We live in a crazy world where owners own land, property, wealth and YOU. You give labor for retribution which is pennies for the owners. They squeeze you like a lemon until you have no more juice left, and when the juice is gone they even go for the pulp…then they throw you in the garbage.

In this society we all want to do good, we all want to succeed and all want to be proud of ourselves by achieving goals. These goals in reality are never set realistically by ourselves, they are always agains some unattainable objectives set by owners that want you to always feel somewhat worthless. The sad truth is that people project their own failures and weaknesses on other, especially those who have less power than them…and so on and so on…all that to benefit the owners.

That’s why we are all so mind-fucked in a way and emotionally disrupt. Time to remove the shackles on our feet and regain power over our own lives, forget trying to impose systems on others…free yourself!!!

The Adinkra symbols are part of a rich African tradition dating back beyond the 17th century, and they are believed to have their origin from Gyaman - a former kingdom in today’s Ivory Coast. The stunning motifs were developed by the Asante people of Ghana, West Africa, who evolved the unique art of Adinkra printing cloths, made and used exclusively by royalty and spiritual leaders for sacred ceremonies. The meaning of each symbol derives from a proverb, history, events, human attitude, animal behavior, plants and shapes of inanimate and man-made objects.
The Adinkra tradition continues to flourish in modern times and the number of symbols continues to grow. In contemporary Ghana, the symbols and their meanings are still very much used to convey a message through a wide range of products and crafts, including clothing accessories, interior design, carpentry, architure etc.
